The SF Panhandlers return to the Pacifica Performance stage for their 5th concert appearance for an evening of Caribbean Steel Drum Music with a special guest direct from Trinidad; steel pan virtuoso Duvone Stewart. Duvone is one of the top players on the planet and he is also the leader and arranger of the BP Renegades Steel Orchestra in Port of Spain. The legendary Renegades are a 120 piece steel band who have won the National Panorama Carnaval Competition this year and last. Duvone is regarded as one of the top steel pan performers on the planet in addition to his innovative arrangements for steel band.

Joining the Panhandlers and Duvone will be local favorite Harry Best singing some classic calypsos from Carnival gone by with classics from Lord Kitchener and the Mighty Sparrow.

This will be a wonderful concert, bringing the Caribbean sunshine to the Bay Area.
